It didn’t leak, both episodes were aired in France a few hours ago. Since they were syndicated in English, there are also English versions of the episodes.

Besides the obvious fact that we never see Jasper’s face at any point of the episode, there’s the scene where Jasper and Lapis are falling after unfusing from Malachite. There are odd, bright streams coming from Jasper as she falls. As she’s falling face-up, that could be light escaping from her Gem after it got cracked.
We never saw if that happened to Amethyst, because she fell face-down when it happened to her. We also don’t see this effect anywhere on Lapis.
I think that the force of Malachite’s explosion could have cracked Jasper’s Gem, even if it’s just a little.

There IS an episode called “Alone at Sea”. If it isn’t about Yellowtail, then it’s most certainly about Jasper. And you know, she just fell back into the ocean.
I think her Gem might have gotten cracked or something, considering we haven’t seen her face. Or even worse, she might become corrupted.

Barn Mates, Hit the Diamond, and Steven Floats all air in France earlier. Barn Mates and Hit the Diamond on May 21 and Steven Floats on May 22.
Or did season 2 have a really anticlimactic ending. I mean yea we got to see yellow diamond but that wasn’t even that big of a deal compared to the end of season 1. Season one ending was this huge deal where the gems were taken, garnet got split in half, and a fucking space ship exploded. Malachite got dragged into the bottom of the ocean, peridot got away, and on top of all that, Garnets last words were “Yikes”. I mean, that’s so much action. And then we have season 2 which ended with peridot becoming a crystal gem and telling yd to shove it pretty much. Oh and don’t forget the fusion that -almost- happened. Imo I don’t think season 2 ended that great. Don’t get me wrong, I’m very happy with what the crewniverse is cooking up and what they’ve shown us so far. I just think they could have done something a little better for the end of s2.
Pretty sure Seasons 2 and 3 were supposed to be one season originally. Season 1 had 52 episodes while Season 2 only had 26.
